With sognidicristallo, returns are always allowed.

For every product purchased and delivered to one of the non-EU countries, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right to withdraw from the purchase contract. All return costs and customs fees shall be borne by the customer

Information regarding the right of withdrawal for products delivered to one of the non-EU countries (pursuant to art. 49, par. 1, letter h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code")

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days of purchase. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after starting from the day on which either the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer himself, acquires the physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term will start from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the latter acquires the physical possession of the last good.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Sogni di Cristallo (SOGNI S.r.l., Via Castellantico, 17 - 30035 Mirano, Venice, e-mail: info@sognidicristallo.it) of his decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit declaration in this regard, by letter to be sent via the post service or by e-mail.

The deadline set for the withdrawal will be considered respected if the customer sends his declaration before the 14-day period has expired starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires the physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period will start from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the latter acquires the physical possession of the last good.

Effects of withdrawal for products delivered to a non-EU country

Following the withdrawal from the present contract, SOGNI S.r.l. will proceed with the reimbursement of all payments made by the purchaser, with the exception of the delivery costs, redelivery costs and customs expenses, which shall be borne by the customer without undue delay and, in any case, within and no later than 14 days starting from the day on which SOGNI S.r.l. is informed by the customer of his decision to exercise his right of withdrawal. These reimbursements will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be suspended until receipt, by SOGNI S.r.l., of the products subject to return or until the customer provides evidence of the shipment of such goods, if made earlier. The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and, in any case, within and no later than 14 days starting from the day on which he notified his wish to withdraw from the purchase contract. The Products shall be returned – properly packaged in their original packaging, undamaged, neither unspoiled nor soiled and with any related accessories, instructions for use and documentation; - accompanied by the related transport document (included in the original packaging), in order to allow SOGNI S.r.l. to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and address); - free from any signs of use and in such a state as to allow its resale. In the event that the returned product does not comply with the provisions set out above, the withdrawal will not be effective. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from any handling of the goods other than strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
