From start to finish the customer service has been amazing! Any questions follow ups I had Chantal replied to me very fast. Shipping was very smooth to Dubai and packed very well. It was easy to install with my electrician. The chandeliers were even more beautiful than the photos and the price was amazing compared to other places in Venice.
The order procedure was really good. The customer support was simply excellent. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

Il lampadario acquistato e' molto bello ed elegante. Piu' che in foto. Ottimo imballaggio fatto con cura.. Un po lungo il tempo di attesa ma ne valeva sicuramente la pena. Esperienza da ripetere.
